PPC holds a 51% interest in the Hellenic Electricity Distribution Network Operator S.A., which is the sole owner and operator of the electricity distribution network in Greece, with over 248,000 km of network. PPC owns in Romania the distribution network in 3 regions of the country, including Bucharest, by far the country’s most important region. It distributes energy to over 3.1 million customers, at approximately 1/3 of Romania with over 133,000 km of network.
